Walk for Peace

This guided meditation is a practice of dedication to peace, inspired by the Buddhist practice of loving-kindness. It is dedicated to Walk for Peace - a long, peaceful journey in which around 24 Buddhist monks, accompanied by Aloka, a rescued dog, walk approximately 2,300 miles (about 3,700 km) on foot from Fort Worth to Washington, D.C., across the United States, over the course of 110-120 days, passing through 10 states, with the intention of fostering peace, compassion, unity, and nonviolence among the people they meet and in the world at large.
